3/15 Saturday, 7am-5pm–Spotting Foxes- Santa Cruz Island Field Trip

Spend the day with Teranga Ranch on an educational adventure as we explore Santa Cruz Island, her foxy inhabitants, and her watery, cetacean-filled surroundings!

Learn the story of an animal that was brought back from the verge of extinction by a dedicated group of humans.

The hiking is moderate (about 3 miles..A bit of a hill at one spot..), we can take our time.

Kids over 8 are welcome if they can handle walking and being disconnected for the day. It’s a picnic lunch, you will need to pack and bring your own food and drinks. Dress in layers and wear comfortable walking/hiking shoes.

Fee includes roundtrip boat ride to and from the island and your personalized guided tour by Urban Wildlife Specialist Dana Stangel and Master Gardener and Pollinator Specialist Kristy Brauch.
