Co-Existing with Backyard Wildlife in the Crescenta Valley

April 9, 2022 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Who shares your backyard when you’re not there? What are they doing? How are you attracting wildlife? Is it safe to share your backyard with wildlife? Do you have pets in the yard? Are they safe? How can you deter wildlife humanely if it’s encroaching too closely? And what about your fence???

We’ll answer these questions and talk about issues like why the new wildlife crossing over the 101 is so important, how we can prevent coyote “attacks” at local parks, what wildlife rehabilitation means and more, as we explore the wide world of urban wildlife here in the Los Angeles area.
